Here's how our system works:
1. You tell us the specifics of your confirmed timeshare reservation. If you have a floating ownership or own timeshare points and don't have a reservation in place already, we'll be happy to help you decide which reservations are good rental targets!
2. We'll contact you to help with proper rental pricing. We strongly recommend that owners price at or just above maintenance costs for most reservations- but if you need additional help to decide on your asking price just call us. A rental associate can search for comparable rental listings that are already on the market to ensure you are priced properly.
3. We'll add your reservation to our shared MLS system and distribute it throughout our network of cooperating brokers, rental agencies, and travel clubs. Your personal information is always protected! We only release the reservation specifics. The various rental agents and platforms will then add their commission on top of your asking rental price. You may also receive free rotational advertising on paid advertising platforms such as HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb, Redweek, MyResortNetwork, Vacation-Times.org, and more.
The selling rental agent earns a commission that is over and above your net proceeds. That commission is paid from the renter's funds at closing, so there is never a time when the timeshare owner is asked to pay any commissions, advertising costs, or transaction fees.

Getting started is easy! Simply complete the listing application. A rental associate will contact you to help with pricing and give advice on future reservation targets. When a rental agreement is reached, we will guide you through the rental contract, guest confirmation and escrow process.
