Here's how our system works:

1. If you already have reservations, we'll advertise them for you. CLICK HERE to enter those reservations details to our system. If you don't have a reservation in place already, we'll be happy to help you decide which reservations are good rental targets. For owners with larger point based allotments, we also offer a complete point management service at no cost to the timeshare owner!
2. Most successful rental prices are at or just above the owner's costs.  However,  pricing varies by resort system and by the specific reservations which are rented.  A rental associate will contact you to help. We can search for comparable rental listings that are already on the market to ensure you are priced properly.
3. We'll add your reservations to our shared MLS system and distribute it throughout our network of cooperating brokers, rental agencies, and travel clubs.  The rental agents will then add their commission on top of your asking prices.  You may also receive free rotational advertising  on paid advertising platforms such as HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb, Redweek, MyResortNetwork, VacationRentals, and more.

The selling rental agent earns a commission that is over and above your net proceeds. That commission is paid from the renter's funds at closing, so there is never a time when the timeshare owner is asked to pay any commissions, advertising costs,  or transaction fees.
