This is a high rise resort and the units are designed with floor-to-ceiling oversized glass windows. This resort is not recommended for anyone who is uncomfortable with heights.
Tenant to receive a parking pass valid for the duration of the stay. No oversized vehicles or trailer parking is allowed. This resort does not allow motorcycles on the property. Because of the small square footage of the 1br units, the recommended occupancy for this unit type is two and the confirmation will show that as occupancy. However, the unit is equipped with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa so can sleep up to four if necessary (primarily intended for children). The schedule is subject to change without notice.

Shared amenities with the hotel sister property are normally restricted during events and high season period due to overall occupany and usage levels. During restricted periods, guests will only have access to amenities within the Hyatt Residence Club at Coconut Cove property itself.
This resort was previously called Hyatt Coconut Plantation. Marriott Custom House is scheduled to undergo villa refurbishments from January 2023 though March 2023. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open
Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior villa renovation expected from January 30, 2023 through December 15, 2023. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
Beginning December 2022 until the end of April 2023, renovation of the pool deck will be underway. During this project, please anticipate temporary closures to a small portion of the pool seating area along with construction noise during daylight hours. Dates are subject to change.
St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino is undergoing a property-wide renovation. Construction materials and noise will be present, including the use of heavy machinery. Please anticipate construction noise at and around the property. The renovation project is expected to be complete by the end of March 2023.
Two elevators adjacent to the Vacation Club front desk will be renovated from May 12, 2022 to April 2023. Guests will be directed to two other elevators in the lobby to use during this time. Delays may be experienced due to high volume. Parking rates effective on February 1, 2021 will be as follows:
