] Wyndham Clearwater Beach has implemented a change to their parking policy as of March 2023. Guests of owners are now being required to pay a daily parking rate. This valet-parking fee is estimated at $35 per vehicle per day. During off-peak periods, a limited number of self-parking spaces may be offered by the front desk at a daily rate of $20. Parking is still limited to one vehicle per unit, regardless of unit type- although exceptions again may be possible during off-peak periods.

Once the complimentary passes are disbursed, there is a self-parking option for Club Wyndham owners which has a daily fee of $20 per vehicle per day. When self-parking is full, all overflow is required to use the valet service at the higher rate. It's important to note that there are also a select number of "reserved" parking spots which are being used as an incentive to guests for attending a timeshare sales presentation.
