The waterslide at Paradise Pool are scheduled to be closed until July 2023. Owners and guests have access to the Avon Recreation Center across the street from Sheraton Lakeside Terrace at Mountain Vista. There is not access to the Sheraton Mountain Vista pool or fitness center.
As of January 1, 2023: guest check in for Wyndham Bay Club II will be located at the sister resort, Wyndham Majestic Sun- which is located at 77 Seascape Boulevard in Miramar Beach, FL.
This resort is located within the Sandestin Development, a large multi-phase community. As such, a vehicle is recommended to reach shared amenities. Some shared amenities require additional usage fees. Please contact the resort directly for details at (850) 269-3000. Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and trailer parking is prohibited within the Sandestin development. If needed, a secured parking area is available approximately two miles from the resort which may require a daily parking fee. Wyndham Bay Club II guests have access to a complimentary shuttle which provides transport to the Wharf (a shopping, dining, and entertainment venue) and also to the beach. Shuttle schedules vary by season. Please contact the resort directly for details. The condos at Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge do not have air conditioning.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas have a refurbishment scheduled of the Westin Workout Studio from Jan. 5 through March 6, 2023. Some minor construction noise may be heard between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The Westin Workout Studio will be closed during this time.
The adjacent Frenchman's Reef Marriott Resort St. Thomas and Noni Beach, a St. Thomas Resort (formerly the Morningstar Beach Resort) are both closed for construction and are not expected to reopen until Summer 2023. Please anticipate construction noise daily during business hours.
All reservations, regardless of size, will include only one complimentary parking permit. Additional parking may be purchased at an additional cost of $20/day or $100/week. On-site parking availability is not guaranteed and additional parking may be restricted during high season and events as needed.
This is a high rise resort and the units are designed with floor-to-ceiling oversized glass windows. This resort is not recommended for anyone who is uncomfortable with heights.
Tenant to receive a parking pass valid for the duration of the stay. No oversized vehicles or trailer parking is allowed. This resort does not allow motorcycles on the property. Because of the small square footage of the 1br units, the recommended occupancy for this unit type is two and the confirmation will show that as occupancy. However, the unit is equipped with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa so can sleep up to four if necessary (primarily intended for children). The schedule is subject to change without notice.
